Armoloq History
2010- Became a General Class operator and built my first manpack around the Yaesu FT-100D. Unit was heavy but the proof of concept was established.

2015-2017- Purchased an FT-817ND and began the design phase for what would become the first iteration of the TPA-817. Finalized a completely machined exoskeleton with relocation capabilities but the unit was expensive to produce.
2019- After several design iterations, the TPA-817B is finalized and enters the market.

2020- Armoloq is established and the website goes online with three TPA’s available; the TPA-817B, TPA-857B and the TPA-891B. More radios would be added to the lineup through the generous offering of customers loaning their radios for the design process. Thanks to all those that were part of that phase of the company.

2021-2024- established relationships with the individuals who now make up the Armoloq team.

2024-2025- Attended all 3 of the major US Amateur Radio events. Established a partnership with DX Engineering and are in the preliminary phase with Martin Lynch and Sons to service our OCONUS customers.
