Base package includes the following-
TPA-MXPR protective mounting platform
M5 x 14mm- 2, these mounting screws are the proper length for attaching the TPA and should not be installed with it.

The TPA is a two piece protective mounting platform that is secured to the radio's 2 side mounting holes. There are 2 rubber pads inserted on the inside of each side of the TPA to prevent rotation when installed on the radio.
